The boss is away for a week off getting married. As is the 2IC with him as best man. I've been "unofficially in charge" while they're away.

A fair few babies and weddings in my circles at the moment.

A HUGE congrats to Oonagh and Kieren who got married on Friday in Ireland and are off to Vegas today :D

Played lawn bowls tonite at the local green. About 30+ social teams play. It was fun :)

Had a talk with the boss this morning. I need to stop involving myself and concentrate on selling. Which is fine. I know where he's coming from and I need to stop doing other peoples roles when they should be learning. It wasn't a bad talk.

Took Zeke for a walk this arvo round Romaine Reserve. Was a good walk and Zeke was off leash most of it. Take about 44min to an hour depending on the paths I take.
Today it only took 35min.

Zeke and I were chased by three Turbo Chooks (aka Tasmanian Native Hens) who had new little babies. Stupid birds

So in a few days I have only been here for 3 months!!!?!!!
Why does it feel so much longer?

This morning I woke up and reached to my cordial next to me on the bedside table. Ants got to it overnight :( and I copped a mouthful of black ants. Not cool

Day off today. It's a public holiday in Tasmania today anyways. So Trent is off too :)

Over the weekend we went to Trents parents house and made homemade pizzas to cook in their new outdoor gas pizza oven. Last night we went to friends Curtis and Donnas for Donnas birthday

Said this to VodafoneNews_au:
Any updates when customers will be getting refunds due to the PayPal balls up? I need my $58 back asap!

With 24 hours, a lady from Vodafone resolutions team contacted me to call her and arrange a refund today.
Very happy!

What was happening is I was buying credit online via paypal through the vodafone website.
At the last step it was saying 'error - try again'.
So I did. And it said it again. So I figured Id try it again at work.
But I then got two receipts fro paypal saying they'd charged me 2x $29

To cut a long story short... PayPal blamed Vodafone... Vodafone said it was a PayPal issue. No one was helping.

Well lets update my week eh? HOLY SHITE! Almost a fortnight!

The last weekend, Trent and I headed to Launceston and made our first big purchase - a new bed suite! :D
Its a bed, side tables and a tall boy. We have the bed now and am waiting on the sides and tall boy.
That Saturday night we went to Curtis & Donnas for thai take away and drinks and Wii playing - was a good night and we were home about 1am.
Sunday, Trents dad came round and Trent and his dad lay new floating floorboards in the kitchen.

Makes the space a lot lighter and feels a lot cleaner!

For dinner that night we had Trents parents and his sister and co over for a bbq dinner :D First one of the season.

During the week, Tuesday actually, we had stocktake at work. So so messy, bad counting and preperation. While we're all at fault, we've all done them before. Rob was pretty pissed and embarrassed. We'll do better next time

Thursday night I went out a work colleagues "hens night" which was just dinner and drinks at McGintys. Was a good night but I was really very very tired from being at work since 7am for the Windows 7 launch.

Didnt do anything over the weekend. We had Trents mate, Crowey, over for pizza Saturday night. I went to bed and caught up on my TV shows while the boys watched soccer.

Sunday I managed to break a braces wire AND part of my tooth cap! Right in the very middle of my front teeth! There is now a 1mm gap between my teeth.
Ive called the Ortho this morning and he said I dont need to go get it replaced - just keep an eye on it and make sure no teeth turn too much.

Days off now - I have a corned silverside in the slow cooker.

Im actively using twitter again - mainly to pass the time at work when its slow.
Im loving my iPod Touch. 'Cept typing this entry I keep going to tap the spacebar twice to make a '.'
Just watched Jon & Kate + 8 - no wonder Jon left her - shes MEAN!

OH! I have to make some cookies! :D

Day 2 of 3 off and it is STILL raining.
No washing of Zeke today but I did polish myself a bit.

Ahh I love no water restrictions...
I put a treatment mask on my hair
Used the clinique face scrub on my face
Used my Body Shop body scrub on my arms, legs and chest
Shaved my legs etc
Cleansed, toned and moiturised my face
Got out and body buttered my legs
and moisturised my arms and chest with the new Rose range from the Body Shop
I smell GREAT!

Ive had a double-WIN today and yesterday.

dusk.com.au came through and honoured the 0.01c website error and have express posted my Dusk items - express means 2 days to me :(
AND JUST NOW Subway has called to say that they were under the impression the mozzarella was only for the tops of the bread when baking *cough*bullshit*cough* and are sending out free vouchers for me for next time.
Now just waiting on the replacement beers from Pure Blonde. Haha

Eugh I have to get up soon and vacuum the floors, change the sheets on the bed and fold some washing.

Tonite for dinner I am making Baked Salmon steaks with Pesto and Parmesan crust with corn fritters and potato bake :D (and other veges)

Having a little bit of back and forth with dusk.com.au regarding the 0.01c charged candle.
I called the ACCC and they gave me a yes and no answer which is fine :)

Managed to have my bottom braces wire come out of the end brace today.
Called my ortho in a panic and was given instructions for Trent to do it at home :D
So we went in search of some needle nose pliers and wire snippets... Trent had a good go at it but couldn't slide the wire back and into the brace... So we got the wire cutters out and snipped the end of the wire off all together.

Booked our next flights to Brisbane. We're up there on November the 30th for the night... Our early Christmas :)

Found a new walking route with Zeke - the one I was doing was only taking 15min!
I was told of a place called Romaine Reserve a few blocks away and even an entrance to the reserve walking track near us... is great there! A nice big lake, a lot of tracks and even public exercise equipment :D
There is a really steep hill track which takes you between two cow paddocks - Zeke really had NO idea what those big bovines were!
Taking on all the tracks and two laps around the lake takes about 1 hour - Very good!

Today is my one day off of the week. I have a few errands to run and my eyebrows to get waxed today.
Im going to attempt the vegetable muffins again I mucked up last week and Im making my favourite pasta dish for dinner.

Im going to check out the new limited edition Breast Cancer Awareness Pandora bracelet today as well - Im desperate to buy it but I think I will just put it on layby and out the receipt on the fridge ;)

Eugh I am playing a game on my iTouch called Mega Hearts 2 - its a pokies game with teddy bears. I have 50 free spins at the moment and whenever a bear appears it hold the bear in that cell for the rest of the feature - right now I have ALL cells as bears and each spin is netting me about $1,500,000 and taking about 5min *sigh*
I have a great new app called Ping! which is a free iPhone/iTouch messaging service. Trent and I use it all the time instead of sms'ing. And all the guys up at Brisbane City are using it as well... now the guys in my current shop are downloading it as well - we loves it. My nick is beckybecbec is anyone has it :D

Dad would be so proud of me!
Trent had two off cans of Pure Blonde in his carton so I rang up Fosters and gave my feedback and are having the cans replaced - and hopefully some free merchandise!
Also, the other night I had Subway for dinner - and I asked for mozzarella cheese and promptly told I 'was not allowed' mozzarella cheese on my sub cause I was getting it toasted!
I called Subway yesterday and they said they would forward my enquiry on why I was not allowed to the franchisee and they would call me - no one has called me :(

Bought Zeke today a new Axtion Ball (basketball with ropes attached) he loves it so!
Also got him a football and decent tennis balls.
He's beenbarking in the evenings to be let in and digging during the day - trying to see if its boredom?

Ive been walking 30min a night the last week or so - I take Zeke as well of course and let him off on the school oval to chase the pluvers!

Tried to make vegetable muffins tonite but they were a flop :( Ahh I'll try again next week or so!

Trent is GREAT! Working a lot and has a big job coming up to start next week :)

Didnt do anything exciting over the weekend.
Trent went up to Yolla to watch the AFL grand final and I worked till 4pm then had a night in watching my downloads.

Saturday night and into Sunday we had a severe wind storm.
Roofs were blown of homes and businesses, rubbish and trees everywhere.
A water main burst up the way and we had pretty poor water pressure.
My mobile service only just started working again today after a day or two out.

Im on my second of two days off today.
I feel like my days off havent been relaxing at all!
Ive managed to wash 5 loads of washing - folded most of them, vacuumed the house and oooked dinner both nights.

Boring boring days at work.

Trent and I had his parents over for dinner last night, where Trent made roast veges after having a turkey roast in the slow cooker all day... mm delish!

So I was up in Brisbane on Monday for only 18 hours. It was far far far too short.
Got a new bottom wire and chain on the top sides.

I BOUGHT A 64GB iTOUCH - its to replace my 80gb Classic. I loves it!
Tonite I even PAID for an application - Bejewleed Blitz! Haha!

Made dinner at Dads and left there about 10pm.
Up at 5am to get a flight at 7am.

Spent the Tuesday in Launceston shopping with Trents mum and sister.
Spent a bit too much between Body Shop, Pandora jewellery, Diva and shoes ;)
I am doning a fairly nice Pandora toe ring now though ;)

What a long day I have had.

Trent and I took advantage of the no rain weekend and did the yard and washed Zeke.
We also spring cleaned the house. Ahh the place smells great!

This morning for breakfast we went to the restaurant at the Penguin Surf Life Saving Club called Casablancas.
Was a MASSIVE big breakfast and we havent been hungry all day from it!

Its just after 10.30 am and I have dinner in the slow cooker all done... 8 hours on low and that casserole will melt in our mouths!
Im going to serve it with couscous - cause I hate cooking rice :P

Its such a lovely day today! Its really nice and sunny. Touch wood it stays like that today :D
All I need to do today is keep an eye on this meal and maybe go into town to buy Trent some new slippers and me some hair ties.

Im getting a bit anxious of some Body Shop Hemp Handcreams I am waiting on.
I bought them on the 22nd of August and the eBay ad said 16-21 days for delivery.
I emailed her a few days later to have her acknowledge my payment and ask when she was sending them.
She replied saying she'd send them on the 28th August.
WELL I *still* havent gotten them yet.
I emailed her yesterday to voice my concerns that she said she was posting them and that they are not here yet - and she hasnt replied :( This Saturday coming is the 3 weeks since sale date (maximum time she said postage will take) - I hope I do get them.
Ive been keeping an eye on her feedback since she sold 4 lots of them...

Might do some more picspam for you today... expect a few throughout the day :)

Day 2 of 3 off.

Today is Trents mums birthday and I am fresh home from lunch with the ladies.
Trents mum, sister, two aunties a cousin and Nan & Pop.
Very very nice lunch at Bayviews on the water.
Any time I get visitors I will take them there for sure!

That little outcrop bit in the distance is where the Burnie Penguin Colony live :D

After that I ducked across the road to town and bought a new pair of 'going out' shoes since I had nothing to wear out to the pub or dinner.

They have a little kitten heel on them :)

Also bought Trents mum a Pandora Charm for her bracelette - we will give it to her later tonight.

Tonite I am making chicken parmajamas for dinner with olives and ham :)
Tomorrow I am making a beef casserole in the slow cooker allllll day :D I am SO looking forward to it!!

Ive had a long week and to top it off I have a headache now.

My cold is clearing... Its still just a runny nose in the night.

The weather has been feeling warmer in the mornings but still so cold in the arvos/night and it is still raining every day.
Zeke is slowly being made to stay outside during the night. Otherwise he wakes me at least twice a night to go outside... I cant remember the last time I slept the whole night!

I have the next three days off, then two days on, then the weekend off. However, The Saturday I have off is Super Saturday so I have offered to work from 10am-4pm (instead of the real 8am-8pm hours).

Trents birthday was on Wednesday just gone. I bought him an online gift voucher for the Essendon Bombers and I thought it was a bit lame (even though it was a $200 voucher) so I bought hi Ashes for the Wii as well.
Heh well he LOVED the voucher and bought about 4 pieces of clothing off it and another couple of bits.
For Trents dinner night we got take away from a popular little italian restaurant and ate it at his parents.

Thursday night Trent and I had friends over. Trent cooked a beef stroganoff in the slow cooker, I made couscous. We ate then played Wii Sports Resort for a bit.

Work has been ok. Wednesdays and Thursdays can be really soul destroying - so so quiet.
Im having a slow start to the month and its getting me down a little... but I'll pick it up I know.

For my next three days off I have no real plans except to meet one of Trents cousins, Nicoli, for a sneaky wine tomorrow arvo :D

For dinner tomorrow night I already have two big steaks marinating in bbq sauce and garlic.
Im going to cook a kangaroo roast on Tuesday night and a beef casserole on Wednesday night.
Oh... BOTH in the slow cooker.

I received my parcel from an eBay seller the other day - the Clinique 3 Step Type 2 products :D
Ive been using them diligently every morning and night and Ive noticed a big difference already!
I had this red 'rash'/broken skin mark to the side of one eye that would get irritated and stuff but it is clearing now and my skin is no longer as dry in the morning as what it was :D

Other than that - I am embracing this domestic bliss :P
Trent is currently at basketball - he plays one a week, meant to be every Friday night but occasionally a Sunday night.
I went last week but decided not to tonite since the game is at 9pm.

Spent this morning cleaning the kitchen and doing a couple of loads of washing /wife
But I didnt fold the already dry clothes - yet.

Spent an hour in town and bought some groceries for dinner.
Tonite I am making chicken breast crumbed in crushed Lime & Cracked Pepper Red Rock Deli potato chips :D
Im going to just make my famous 'vege-gumbo' as a bed for it. Haha
Also dropped into the newsagent, Priceline and EB Games (where I bought Ravin Rabbids 2)

Trents birthday tomorrow and I am the slackest ever girlfriend and bought him only an online gift voucher for his favorite AFL team.
I bought him a rather funny/crude birthday card where it says something about moving onto the next step in the relationship - the nicknaming of the penis :D
